Yeah, that's me. I am better known as Tim. I have been professionally involved in the graphic and photographic field since 1974. I started in Southern California, but returned to Meadville with my wife in 1980. My photography is a hobby I persue in the evenings and weekends. My small studio is located at my home in Meadville. During the day I work at Meadville Fine Art Prints, in the Galleria beside the Market house in Meadville PA.
   Everyday images with a unique twist, is one thing I try to achieve. I enjoy doing "art" with photography as my medium. Computer effects and manipulation is a way of creating interesting compositions that draw the viewer in and hopefully, deliver a particular message. Many of my pieces are a combination of several photo elements along with computer generated textures and colors. As you can see in the photo above, some of my work can be quite large. This is largely because I do wide format digital printing at my day job.
   Portrait photography has been a longtime interest with me. I like to combine my passion for graphics, digital imaging and artistic expression in my portrait work. Some of the unique elements I add to my work are special effects made available only by working in a digital format. Each shot has an unlimited array of possibilities available to it. Effects like "high key" or "Rembrandt" lighting, soft focus, textures and paint styles are just a few of the ways I can make an ordinary photo become a unique work of art.
